Happenings...

Well theres lot to write...this time I wont say that I was damn busy since fortunately/unfortunately I have been damn free! Anyways many of my 'friends' are keenly waiting to see a new post from myside, but I fear that I am going to disappoint them due to many reasons and one of them being DOOCED. ;) My very dear friend Muneeb warned me of getting 'dooced', right when I started blogging! For the reference you can see his comment in my first post.

So I would just cut the long story short...Kabot International where I have been working since last 2 years had a downsizing + management restructuring couple of months back. Looking at the new environment and work I realized that its time to say good bye :P Goodbyes are never easy and especially this one since I had been working in Kabot right since its inception when it only had around 10 people and a time came when we were 80! At least I developed an emotional attachment with the company and that made the decision a little difficult...

Anyways I had to look for an alternative and bugged quite a few of my friends for that...I wanted things to be done in a hurry and Alhamdulillah I got few offers...Cambridge Docs, TRG, another small software house, dint go for the 2nd interview at Cure MD since they have a dress code and me being a moulvi...:D...anyways Allah jab deta hai to chapar phar ke deta hai and thats why I remained A LOT confused for sometime and then after the continuous Istikhara and mind boggling advices from my 'concerned friends' (which made me more confused!) I decided to join C Docs. Lets hope things do work out well :P

Since I work according to the rules so gave Kabot one month notice and C Docs 23rd June joining date...but my company was KIND enough to RELIEVE me much earlier (to my surprise :P) and since then I have been just enjoying (sleeping!) my transitionary phase, though I am still waiting for the PROMISED big farewell party from my dear colleagues :(

I guess thats enough about my 'professional life'...coming to the other things...

Burhan aka Molz has returned from 40 days (chilla...well chilla is 40 days but few of my relatives are kind enough to attach chilla even if you go for 2-3 days so just wanted to clarify things :P )...Molz everyone is waiting to read some interesting 'gossips' from yourside...Let the Gossips UPDATED! :) During his chilla I went with Muneeb to meet him in Raiwand...Muneeb was kind enough to keep me waiting for more than 3 hours in LUMS and in the end having dinner with his professor! Just wanted to acknowledge his 'ikraam'...

NOW coming to the BIG NEWS!!! Dont you worry Judges have not been restored and neither has Mushy bhai ran to Turkey!

P.S My really axe-pensive yoga therapy is still going on...

Another revival of my passion

Reading and writing has been my passion since I was a young boy. Both of them suffered a significant blow after marriage, kids and job. Somehow in recent years I was able to revive my reading habit but was just not getting time for writing.  I had an active blog back in 2008. Then I stopped using it and one day found out that it was blocked due to someone spamming on my blog. I somehow got the contents back from Wordpress but that was it.  On 18th Dec 2018 I finally had lumbar microdisectomy (back surgery) for my L5 S1 herniated disc. I will write about its experience in a separate post but after that had a prolonged bed rest which gave me some free time to ponder and motivation to revive my blog. So here I am. Stream...

I have been planning to write...have so much in mind that dont know where to start...anyways maybe I will get time this weekend so till then here is one of my old articles of Zamana-e-Jahaliat...
